I parked here this morning for the first time. I paid £6.90 for a stay of under 2 hours! I was horrified! I had to double check what the machine was asking me to pay. I paid with my debit card. Apparently if you paid through the App it would have been 50p cheaper! What an absolute rip off! I know parking in Cheltenham is expensive but this takes the biscuit. I will never park here again.Do not park here.
Broken down lift in a multistory carpark so anyone with mobility issues would struggle, as my partner did. Then you pay £13 for the three hour stay. Not coming here again.
Was charged £10.35 for 2hours & 10minutes parking. I downloaded the app for a 'cheaper rate' but was unable to use it. Scandalous pricing for a bang average car park.n**Generic 'friendly' response received from NCP suggesting I email them to discuss further. No thank you, we won't be visiting again.
NCP is a joke. Just tried to pre-book. Not only prebooking is not available in the app but also the price is £38.85 for 3 days while on the app it is 29.85 3x9.95 for the same 3 days. What a joke.
NCP tell you AT THE BARRIER to get the app to pay less. Ok then I’ll park up and block it until I’ve signed up, teach you a lesson in idiotic policy choice.
