After saving up 15 stamps on 2 loyalty cards from visits to the Sunday carvery, I visited Rockies late one evening to use them, and a waiter which I have just discovered is called Menos, looked at me like dirt and said where did you get this from, I have never seen you in here before? He made me feel really bad, and it was as if I had stolen the cards. The other waiter said just ignore him, but I still felt bad for using the card. Tonight I visited Rockies again and Menos the waiter pulled another waiter to one side and talked about me. The other waiter came over and said are you going to use a loyalty card again? I can't believe how they treat loyal customers in here. I ate my meal, and if I can help it, will never eat in Rockies again, as it's disgusting the way they treat you and make you feel. One waiter can spoil the whole place, what a shame.
Really rude staff member. There was one staff member that seemed like the person in charge and he was unbelievably rude. He wanted to get customers out as quick as possible and wasn't being quiet about it. We were put at a table right next to the bar and it felt very uncomfortable having someone right behind your back paying for their meal when we were trying to eat.
