Food OK service pretty good, been using Rosemary for 4 years average...1 to 2 times a month Ordered a meal tonight price has now gone up on most items between 20-40p and to add insult to injury now putting in smaller containers so your getting ripped off twice!! Travel or order elsewhere they don't deserve the custom.
In the 5 years I have been using Rosemary I have never had a bad meal or service. Yes a delayed delivery from time to time on busy periods expected but food is always fresh, hot, cooked to perfection, full of flavour. I've not found a Chinese as nice. 100% a happy customer
Brought Food tonight Thursday 25th vile the food was stale, tasted preheated. The beef looked a funny shade of green I do not recamended eating from here as the standerds have dropped from what was once a delight to eat from, this is no longer the case, as this is our second time of receaving very poor quality food. Avoid at all cost unless u enjoy puting money in the bin. Disgraceful. How you are even allowed to remain open with standerds so shockly poor... Highly recommend that the food standerds agency pays this astblishment a visit.
Staff are very rude felt like I was in a youth club too with all the teenager hanging around in there and had to walk though the staff all smoking right by the door when I went to the shop also had delivery before and they rammed food in face and never used manners never smiled etc don't think I'll be using them again.thank the staff for that. On the plus side food was lovely just front of house and delivery staff letting the place down.
Food is absolutely outstanding. Level of service could however be better. Don’t let this put you off : opening times differ remember this
Had a curry from here... Couple of hours later I was vomiting like no tomorrow... Could argue its a bug but I know 100% it was the curry, I actually never finished it and that's not normal for me! Dunno why I even attempted to eat it to begin with, was very greasy. Never again
Great food but AWFUL delivery times, dont promise what you cant deliver!
ordered a chicken curry and when i took the top off there was a layer of oil floating on top so blended it in hoping it would taste better than it looked. boy was i wrong! straight in the bin and wont order again
