Work Xmas lunch. Prawn cocktail sub par Iceland special, main course portions sizes looked suitable for small children. Not good value for money. Veg main course tasted adequate but roast potatoes undercooked. Desert was good but too small.Food: 2/5
Food was absolutely amazing. Best food I’ve ever had. The waiters were extremely friendly and welcoming. Anisa, the chef, was very helpful with helping us pick food. The chicken in the salad was very fresh and tender and the salad had a lovely tangy taste to it. The drinks were lovely and the burger and chips were also clearly made with love. Some more team members that made us felt taken care of were Gonzalo, Krishna and Sasha. Really lovely people.
Came here on Monday to enjoy a beer and some basic food. I liked the atmoshpere and the option to have proper dining area upstairs as well as sitting in the bar section. I opted for the bar area and was greeted by Pedro, he was very friendly and took my order for a beer and a burger. The beer swiftly arrived, the burger took some time, Pedro informed me that the kitchen had a larger order and my burger would be next and 5 min later it was there. Food was tasty and the meat cooked perfectly thanks to Chef Mohamed! Overall a pleasurable experience and once again in the area I will come back.
A fun Christmas event at Rocket. All seemed to go very smoothly! We took over the first floor in the end, which was really good.Food: 4/5
Food was nice, service was good BUT I got caught out on being charged a Service Charge! There was only 2 of us. I didn't read my receipt properly, I was charged- £7.73 for Service Charge. I dont believe it!! The cost for food & drink is enough for a consumer to pay IF they want to leave a tip give THEM the option don't just had it to the bill!
5 years ago on 15th may we had our first date in Rocket… 5 years later happily married and all, we looked at each other and said “why not, lets go back to where we had our 1st date…” Customer service didnt disappoint; our waiter Danny was super friendly, the food was delicious only filmstar martini was abit too sweet , all was fantastic… thanks for making it always special for us :

Been here last two afternoons. Hannah and Irinel have been extremely pleasant and attentive. They made everything so easy for me, My friends and my family. Kudos to them!! Come down and watch the tennis! Or if you wanna get a quick beer, sangria, cocktails the Rocket special. Thanks so much! Joseph
Very good place at Canary! We didn’t know that the kitchen closes earlier on Mondays and waiter Krish & chef Mohamed still kindly served us later in the evening. Good traditional pub food!Food: 5/5
Yesterday was my first visit to Rocket and my work held our Christmas lunch there. Right from the first contact, the Rocket team were so helpful. It made the booking for 14 people easy for me. When we arrived we had a great table all decorated with Christmas crackers and the food was excellent. All served in a timely fashion and the waiters were friendly and helpful I can't wait to go back to Rocket again. Highly recommended by me!
