Difficult to get through on the phone and the receptionist can be quite abrasive, although this is clearly unintentional as she is polite in person. Once an appointment is actually booked it is easy enough, but would be simpler not to have the telephone triage system when all I need is to book a test as I am unable to use the home testing kits.
Absolutely shocking. Phoned up and was told I needed a triage over the phone appointment, fair enough. Was told to be called on Friday, so waited all day. Waited all day Monday. Got to Tuesday no phone call, until the evening while I was working. 2 hours between each call and not an option to phone back!! Thank god its not an emergency otherwise I don't know what my outcome would be. Receptionist was rude, uncaring. It's supposed to be my local clinic, but it's so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Was treated terribly here. didn’t even get through the doors. came in to ask for a pregnancy test, as i am 18 with no money. and some old man at the door refused to let me in just to get one. I don’t know who gave this man the right to turn me away from a public place, to get a test that i needed desperately. proves men have no clue what women have to go through lol
I managed to get through very easily to the clinic to book my appointment and they were very helpful. At my appointment it all went smoothly and I was in and out very quickly
Worst place to visit won’t come here again Such poor service They told me to come 15 minutes early for my appointment via text and on the phone so I did I was waiting for almost an hour and people with appointments after mine were seen before me One lady was at 14:40 and she came literally at 14:50 was seen at 14:56 I was here at 14:10 for a 2:30 appointment and I was still waiting till at 15:00 I only got seen at 15:07
Tried ringing twice to refill on my birth control and got hung up on twice.
Great service from booking the appointment all the way through, very friendly receptionists, and Brian was fantastic, he made me feel very comfortable and was full of advice and information. So glad I chose to come here.
Absolutely awful service. Booked an appointment - Said I needed to wait 2 months for an initial consult. Waited and now been called that they have had to cancel and available in the next 2 months. Absolutely awful! Feels like all Gravesend Health services are just rubbish
The doctor who saw me was unnecessarily rude and judgemental and was asking me irrelevant questions and judging my own choices. She was incredibly patronising and i did not feel as if I could speak openly about what was bothering me without being judged. She was talking down to me the whole time and was no use at all.
Called to make a appointment, got through and had to listen to the receptionist talk to her friends for about 5 minutes before she hung up on me. It’s a joke.
