Family swimming changing area smelt like urine it was vile.nSo called lifeguards weren’t helpful at all and just made us uncomfortable, went with my partner and 3 year old. They watched us walk all the way around the pool before telling us we had to stick to one side making us feel awkward . Secondly there was a black guy that decided he wanted to hog the whole side of the pool and everytime we tried to stay to the side to help our 3 year old swim and feel comfortable in the pool he would just stand in front of us and he wouldn’t move or go around us. Ended up confronting my partner and the lifeguards again did nothing making us feel uncomfortable and in the end we just left after half an hour. Not the first time we’ve had a bad experience so safe to say we won’t be going back!!
Never knew a place like this is hidden in Rochdale.nThe leisure center is really nice.Swimming classes and gym with some other recreational facilities open to both adults and kids alike .nThere is free car park to save the hassle of where to park and the building is an ultra modern one with latest facilities suitable for the activities.nI can guarantee this will not be my last time going there God willing.
I just wanted to cancel one membership and it took me 5months and wasted £160 without even going to this place. I’m busy with work and don’t have time to keep going back and forth just to cancel one membership. I tried going to this gym to cancel been send back try online. I asked that I have not been using your gym for 5months even once’s can I get refund been told No also you need to give 1months notice. That’s fine no problem but I still not been able to cancel my membership and no help has been provided. I will not recommend going for pay as you go membership because you will never be able to cancel it. Avoid the headache like me
NEVER ever get a gym membership from this place. I’ve been trying to cancel for 5 months now cause I’m struggling with money and it’s just impossible. I try to do it online and nothing I ring them they never answer and if you go in they tell you to do it online which doesn’t work at all. But if you don’t cancel exactly 1 month before ur pay date you have to pay another month you’re quite literally trapped it’s a joke!
Great facilities and plenty of parking. Decent womens only section too. Only thing is the fitness classes are a bit dated and can never get on to some of the ones like yoga! Sk must be popular.
