Great service! Staff are always friendly. Manager is always present on the gym floor for any questions and/or concerns. Equipment is always clean and area tidy. PTs are always up for a chat, offering free advice and tips. Air-con is a huge bonus and the atmosphere is always alive and friendly. They have free taster sessions active right now also which is a great option for members. Overall, brilliant facility
Decent amount of equipment, plenty of lockers. Sean was very knowledgeable and keen to show me round the facilities, giving an insightful view on what's what. Only thing I would say is maybe have someone on the "welcome" station permanent so newbies don't look lost
Needs better policing as there are to many young men going in with there mates on one membership, I watched 6 lads coming in the other night one membership, no wonder it’s always crammed , hence why I tend to go after midnight. Also , it has been having a refurbishment recently and the smart water machine which you pay extra for has been disconnected for the last five weeks and the app won’t let me downgrade so I’m not paying for it. To many lazy people which don’t replace weights after use, PureGym need to be monitoring this and banning users who are sneaking in and not replacing weights. Staff on nights are great.
Have to use your personal QR code to get in via capsual. Theres a main floor and upstairs is a ladies only area as well as a place for regular classes you can join. Personal trainers are available to help you reach your goal and they are very helpful and kind. You pay the Persona Trainer seperately from your pure gym subscription. Changing rooms are clean and nice. There are water stations and vending machine that include energy drinks and protine snacks.
Great service Staff are always . Equipment is always clean and area tidy. Staff are always up for a friendly chat, offering free advice and tips. and the atmosphere is always alive and friendly. Evening staff tony is always happy to help very friendly very smiley
Lots of space, very high ceilings and tons of equipment. As the PureGym I attend isnt as big as this one it was a treat. Definitely recommend this location
I cannot fault this gym, everything is present that you would need, plus it's a very friendly atmosphere. The only thing I'd add is a larger quantity of clips for cable attachments, but that's not a big enough issue to rate lower.
Friendly staff clean and safe environment. Bit disappointed at the availablity of equipment, however, site is currently going through refurbishment so understandable. Can't wait to see the new look. Still 5 stars for me!
New change. They have a bigger area for weight training and more equipment rather than just tread mills, cross trainers, etc. The gym also has a separate bigger ladies-only area as well. Staff is friendly.
