Cannot stress how pleased i am with Robinsons Hartlepool. Used various other local agents before in the town and would never look to use anyone other than Robinsons again. All staff are excellent and especially Manager/Valuer Debbie Watts who is very knowledgeable and experienced. 5 star from me!!

Would never give Robinsons any more of my hard earned money, terrible service. Don't think they know how to keep clients informed with vital information. Take an extremely long time to get problems solved, problem with damp in my home was only looked at once I said I wanted to leave the property, let myself and my partner move into our first home without a gas meter, the list goes on. Stay well clear.
