What an amazing company! Jonathan and his team’s attention to detail has been brilliant. He took over the management of our North East portfolio and has taken an under performing property into a highly profitable one. They’ve managed a full refurbishment, removed problem tenants and we now receive a regular income from good quality tenants. I would never have any hesitation is asking Jackson & Copeland to manage any stock we buy in the North East – it’s just a shame they’re not a national company. Brilliant 5-star company.

Fantastic local company, office on york road, Dave, Gill, Lauren and Jonathan are the staff, I've been with them for 5 years, no turn over of staff. All my repairs work done to a good standard and affordable. Great business, well done.

I've managed my own properties since mid 80s I did my research over the years to find out managing my properties is fraught with all sorts of litigation, If I needed a Dr I would not have a go myself. A judge would not look kindly if my defence were " I did my best". So I appoint a professional team to manage my assets. I found Jackson & Copeland quite by chance. I found the staff extremely personable and professional. It's a no brainer for me. Thank you Jackson & Copeland
