We attended a viewing of a property with Ruth recently and simply had to leave a review. She made us feel at ease from the very start, she was honest and open and well informed. We agreed to answer a short survey where we had to rate the property out of ten, based on location, expectations, price etc our only disappointment was that we were not asked to rate Ruth as an agent for which we would most certainly have given her a 10.
Robin King Estate Agents were brilliant from the first viewing all the way up to helping us buy our new house in Bristol. In particular we were so happy we got Ruth as our agent. She was professional and friendly and kept her head and everything on track when things got fraught. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
We have been so impressed by the professionalism and high standard that Mike at Robin King conducted the house viewing we attended last week - and the conversations we have had with him since. The process of viewing a potential new home can be quite overwhelming and Mike was really great at asking the right questions at the right times, but also giving us space to think and time to really view the property without feeling rushed. Excellent work and, if we do proceed with the property, I know we’ll be in great hands!

This is the third time we have used Robin King to sell a house and I wouldn’t use anybody else . Their commitment to selling our property was 100% and they managed to secure the asking price in a very short period of time in what is currently a very difficult market. They produced a stunning brochure , carried out many viewings and always gave feed back. During the negotiating and legal procedures we were always kept well informed. The whole team were extremely professional and caring but a huge shout out has to go to Ruth who really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with what can sometimes be a stressful time. Our relationship with Robin king nearly spanned a year. Firstly it started as we were buying from them, for which the customer service was excellent. Then due to our buyer pulling out we switched over to RK and they continued to provide great service from both sides. Unfortunately the economy was against us. Roll onto next spring and the house was sold in 6 days. They were there if there was a problem but also let us get on with it when we needed to as well. Have recommended them to many and would continue to do so.
