Do not whatever you do use this company. Woods are a total disgrace in every sense, no customer service, no communication between their own departments let alone you as a customer. Their accounts department is in Newport, their ‘head quarters ‘ is the hub in Bradley Stoke and neither seem to talk to each other or the local branches for that matter - there is no leadership or management what so ever. We left with written confirmation that we would get our deposit back, 4 months later and not only did we not get it back they took another months rent ‘as an oversight’? We have only just got both back and now we’ve been hit with a council tax bill that they have re-directed at us for a period in a property that were not even in! 

We also had to endure the entire month of January without central heating as they went back and forth with the landlord as to the crux of the issue - all this with a 18 month old and three year old. A total shambles, an utter disgrace and should be shut down and wound up as a company. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS

I signed up with woods to help me find a house to buy. I was very disappointed with the service as I would only get emails about houses that were not in my price range or area I had asked for. 

I was never once contacted by phone, after leaving a message and ringing several times about a house I was interested in, and never got a call back. 

I ended up finding a house with another estate agents, and contacted woods to let them know to take me off their mailing list. To this day I am still receiving emails for houses I do not want to view and have left several messages and emails asking to remove me from their list but still haven’t been.

Son rented through them awful letting agency rip off fees - why are tenants paying leaving fees ??? That should be charged to the landlord they are a disgrace AVOID
