Quirky old quaint local pub.. serving hot food cool Beers has nice seating inside and outside TV FOR FOOTBALL Vegetarian options: Clearly marked on the menu options Parking: Have a ncp car park at back of the pub Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into the place
An old style pub in the heart of Havant. Outdoor seating area, 2 televisions and a fireplace inside. Extremely lovely helpful welcoming staff. Delicious Roasts served on a Sunday from 12pm till 2pm, would recommend booking in advance.
A genuine, historical, old Ale House. With a varied range of of lagers, bitters and wines. Offering a pleasant lunch menu. Well cooked and presented. With regular events like Kareoke and themed nights. Its popular with many locals and groups. Indeed the staff are very friendly, helpfull, competent and work hard to acommodate any specific needs. Reasonably priced as well. Well worth spending time there. Summer or any season. They also have a dary board and a very pleasant seated area at the back, too. A place you can truely enjoy yourselves. Or relax. Dog friendly, too* Moreover the music they play is often classic tracks from the 1980, and 70s. With 90s and 00s mixed in. So sounds for everyone. A genuine public, house, Kid-friendliness: When children visit, theyre needs are met with. As the staff are very adaptable, kind and supportive * Wheelchair accessibility: There is certainly enougth room to gain access from the front.
Good food Sensible price Good old English pub Made to feel very welcome Food: 4/5
Busy back street pub, lovely and quirky great ales HSB, London Pride, friendly staff and a place to chat and have some down time. It's opposite the church in Havant so giving you a taste of the country in the middle of a busy town. I love it. £10.05 for large white wine a d HSB pricier than some but the atmosphere and bar chat makes it worth every penny.
Good old fashioned pub good service nice atmosphereFood: 4/5
Facing the church in the center of town, this is a friendly local with a reasonable selection of well kept ales from Fuller's with a guest sometimes. Several lagers and ciders also on tap. Food served lunchtimes. Garden / smoking area to the rear. Sports on the telly, music / disco on occasional weekends.Food: 3/5
Its a quiet and friendly pub with good clientèle.Like a country pub in many ways ,also has a nice garden.I believe it to be a listed building.15th century and above all, decent ales and country wines.Originally a Gales ales franchise before Fullers took over all Gales public houses.Never really eaten there before, so can't comment on the food.apart from a bar sandwich for just over a £.which was tasty.
Excellent service. Fresh veg but roast potatoes never crisp on three last visits despite being only booking at that time… Yorkshire puddings from a packet sadly… need to up their game … to compete locally
I didn't eat but had a couple of drinks with a friend, the service was good and the staff friendly.Service: 5/5
