My house in Usk has just completed at full asking price. Well, it is indeed a seller's market right now but, even then, M2 have excelled themselves. My point of contact has been Nicola, who has displayed exceptional energy and good judgement. Through each inevitable minor crisis, she has always known what to do - and has unfailingly got it right. Nicola has a wonderful way with potential buyers, as does the boss Mark. It is Mark who shoots and then edits the most remarkable videos, bringing the place to life in a way I did not think possible. Great photos too. Also on the scene is Sarah, who has been friendly and efficient in Nicola's absence, and the delightful staff of the linked building society. M2 were not my initial choice of agent. I tried and failed to sell the property in Autumn 2020 using a different Usk agent who, incidentally, were cheaper - but gradually displayed weaknesses and I regretted my choice. Using M2, for the first time in my life I consider my money well spent and M2 have proved to be excellent value. Thank you all very much
My wife and i started dealing with M2 then Roberts & Co in Abergavenny at the end of 2017 in order to sell my wife's mother's house which was subject to probate. Throughout this time we found the whole team to be efficient, considerate and courteous. We have dealt with a number of agents over the years and many leave a lot to be desired. This company were first class and we certainly recommend them and if we need to, use them again without hesitation.
M2 have just successfully sold my house. There were complications but the staff dealt with these with endless patience and professionalism. They do viewings at unusual times and always have suggestions to make. I would definitely use them again in the future as I can not recommend them too highly.
