We were very impressed with all of the staff at Powells. They were always very professional, polite, helpful and pro-active. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Their properties are of the highest standard and clearly they are one of the leading rural property agents in the area. Lucy and Abbie particularly were outstanding. First class customer service! It was always a pleasure to deal with them. If you are thinking of selling a rural property or any other type this is the agent to use without a doubt!
We recently bought our forever home in the Monmouth area through Powells, and we have nothing but praise for Lucy Hodges who supervised the whole process in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner, while at the same time retaining a warm and friendly approach. From our first meeting she was always available to answer any questions however trivial, and always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Questions for the vendor were relayed and responded to speedily and efficiently, and overall the service that she provided was exemplary. The ultimate gesture of customer service was when she went out of her way to meet me at the property on her way home from work to hand over the keys after the family and removers had been held up by delays on the motorway! I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Powells to anyone looking to by or sell in this area.
An exceptional service, professional from start to finish. Lucy went out of her way to ensure that the process progressed as smoothly as possible. I can honestly say that without her efforts to keep the chain moving the time involved would have increased significantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powells to anyone involved in moving home. It is a very stressful time and having a communicative and positive estate agent involved helped us more than I can say.
Our property purchase in Raglan has taken longer than planned because of the situation out of everyone's control, but we have received an excellent service through Abbie at Powell’s from the start. Any queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally . She has constantly updated us with any new developments throughout the chain. We would highly recommend Powells and definitely use them again if needed in the future
We had to sell my mother-in-laws property in Wales. We contacted Powell’s and a very nice lady managed to sell it for a very good price. We had to wait for probate and another lady took over, she was so helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. I could not fault the service they provided. BRILLIANT.
A huge Thank you to Lucy! From valuation through to viewings, Lucy couldn't have done more. She went above & beyond her actual job role to ensure that we were kept in the loop with any updates on our house sale! Daily emails, messages & phonecalls which meant we knew exactly what was going on. She always seemed to have an answer & find ways around tricky problems for us- nothing ever seemed too much! Have just sold my house through powells Chartered Surveyors, I must say they worked tirelessly to get the house sold can't fault them ,would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done properly and professionally.
