Christie Residential is an independent estate agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers in the Abergavenny / Crickhowell area. Company director, Philip Christie spent 10 years from 2004 building Surehomes Estate Agents into market leaders, most clearly illustrated at the end of 2014 when achieving the most completed sales in the NP7 area. Deciding the time was right to build upon this success, Philip and his team seized the opportunity to rebrand as Christie Residential retaining his customary focus on an unparalleled level of service and local expertise.

Christies have sold a house for me & found a new one in Abergavenny, in this fast paced market of 2022. Their personal service is what makes them stand out amongst Abergavenny estate agents. The team guided, cajoled, empathised & congratulated me along my journey, always with good humour & professionalism. I particularly want to mention Brychanmanager & Zoe head of admin. Please choose this agent.
Brychan, Zoe, Mike and the whole team at Christies have been fantastic! That is no exaggeration. They were initially reliable and efficient letting agents and, when the time came that the flat we were letting had to be sold it was my parents flat and they passed away, despite many difficulties during what should have been a simple sale, everyone was very supportive. Always approachable and efficient, I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars are not enough in my opinion. Thanks a lot guys.
Fails to report issues with property to landlord and when it is reported it's done added bits on like "Tennant's were furious" etc , late for inspection appointments office blamed , we were in receipt of the email . Been at property 6 months and still awaiting fixes , not because the landlord is unwilling, because the landlord isn't being told. All staff polite
The staff is very polite Honest and approachable they really take care of you I highly recommend Christie for everybody
great estate agent ..most welcoming and helpfull ..had a good chat with zoe who answered all my questions and queries great for a one to one with a real person in this day of high tech .....they are also spot on for the tech literate .. get in touch you won't be disappointed.
