Our story covers the sale of a retirement apartment in Worthing. This is a very difficult market to sell in for a number of reasons. We inherited the McCarthy Stone property from my sister and after failing to sell with another agent came to Robert Luff on recommendation from a friend. Signing up with Mark and at a favourable rate was easily done.  Unfortunately we lost our first sale through the bereavement of our buyer following a fall, and our second sale fell through after seven months in the process because this buyer just decided to pull out. Finally we managed to get a sale that went to completion, for which we are extremely grateful.  So we were with Robert Luff for quite a period of time and they have always been helpful and efficient, doing their very best for us, but above all friendly.  I particularly want to thank Jade and Dom who were our Sales Progression team. Having them as mediators was so helpful and we felt that we always knew what was happening along the journey. However we must also thank the rest of the team in the office who were exemplary. Cheers guys!

Very good customer service, the whole team are very professional, friendly and you can easily contact them over the phone. Jack, our negotiator at Worthing, has especially ensured that the whole selling and buying process has gone very well and that we have been informed as to what is happening. He even went in on his day off to check his emails, so we remained on course for our exchange and completion dates. A big thank you to Jack and the whole team.

I cannot express how helpful  and diligent Vanessa the Sales Progression Manager - was in helping the vendor and myself the purchaser in ensuring that we reached a successful conclusion after so many setbacks! After a difficult and prolonged buying process, I have to say I found Robert Luff to have acted proactively and professionally throughout. This in part enabled me to complete on a property 8 months after the original offer was accepted, which at times I didn't think would be possible. Thanks to Jack and Jade for there individual efforts.

Such a good experience all round: got us more than any other agent we asked to quote said we would get even in a tricky market; great photography and listing writing; smooth sales process, thanks to their sales progressor, Jade. Also bought my new home through them and found that side of thing great too. Cannot recommend enough.

If you're looking to overflow with anxiety, this is the place for you. Make sure you only call once! This branch is obscenely rude and intolerant towards a repeat call, even after 5 hours! Not to mention the lack of care for the property. Over several years, we recall only a single resolution in a sea of many many issues that are present even to this day. Its not good enough.  TLDR - Rude, intolerant, simply do not care.

We asked Robert Luff to sell our house because when we bought it they were the agents. I was so impressed as a buyer that I knew I would want them to sell for me. I haven't been disappointed. Everyone has been attentive, focused, and I never felt they were cutting any corners. They gave good advice, and I would definitely recommend. A particular mention for Jade, whose persistence and gentle but firm politeness undoubtedly kept the chain moving towards completion. Big thanks for all your work behind the scenes.
