My wife and I have been clients of Callaways for over a decade as both tenants and subsequently buyers of the home we rented through them.  Through this long period of engagement, every experience we have had with them was of the highest standard.  Whilst renting, the lettings team led by the lovely and charismatic Jax were always friendly, personable and responsive. They maintained a delicate balance between acting on behalf of the landlord, whilst also empathising with our situation as tenants.  When the opportunity arose to purchase the home we rented, we could not have asked for a better agent than Heather. She skilfully managed a complicated situation, managing not just the process but also the emotions of all involved.  It's a pleasure to be able to say that, in our experience, Callaways delivered real value to all parties.  Not all estate agents are created equal, and Callaways showed how it should be done!  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had a really great experience renting with Callaways; they are such a knowledgeable, supportive, kind, professional, courteous, personable, organised, and helpful team. I have felt very well looked after in terms of gas safety, electrical safety and fire safety; all certificates and reports are up to date; contractors are all very polite, friendly and professional. I have only ever had to report one repair and it was looked after really quickly and was totally stress-free. My flat is a happy, safe, good quality home that I enjoy living in.

I had personal dealings with James Duffy at Callaways who was a breath of fresh air in terms of my initial perception of Estate Agents generally. James was personable, understanding and tenacious in his manner, whilst helping me with a difficult and complex tenancy issue. His advice and patience really helped me find a quick and sensible solution which other agents couldn't afford and I cannot  thank him enough. It was evident from the beginning James had excellent knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him along with his team to no end.

Buying a beach hut through Callaways was a pleasure, with Heather always willing to share her wisdom and advice. Thanks for making the process fun, as well as the end result.
