Consistently listing properties on Zoopla with discount prices for elderly people. Zoopla doesn't have a filter for the under 60, so I have to see these wrongly priced properties everywhere, degrading the usefulness of the platform. I'm not sure they understand digital users as they are creating a lot of animosity.

I sold a property to Homewise this year and found them to be very professional and proactive buyers.  I would have no hesitation in selling property to them in the future or recommending my clients to them.

I love the fact they state you can filter our homes out by removing retirement homes from the filter... however all the homes they have hijacked have 0 appeal to a retiree.. 3-5 bedroom properties... most retiree's / over 60s want less space, less maintenance.... not a large family home....  . For example I am looking to purchase a family home 3 bed + and have been searching through rightmove and I keep stumbling across these vultures ( highly annoying constantly changing settings everytime i do a new search). Beggars belief how rightmove have not removed them yet ...

Called to check details, friendly enough, but anyone living with the over 60 will have 28 days to vacate the property when they die. Not a great thing while grieving. Considering how many bedrooms most of these property's have it would seem likely the over 60 person will not be alone to desire such a size of house. And if the over 60 did not pay extra to protect 50% of the value paid then it would be eviction without inheritance!

They take properties advertised by other agents, reduce the price of over 60's without consent. If i could give a 0 I would. Who are these con artists?  As you can see on the picture, their advert with another agents pictures and floorplans....
