Home wise are very helpful, and Rhonda has been very good, but reducing our home is not the problem as quoted from our PROPERTY AGENT.  I know RHONDA is doing her best but I told her over and over again its the situation out there, we are very down at present and want to move especially as there are 2 bungalows we are interested in but every one is in the same boat just hope agent moving photos around might help. We so want tom move.

I have given them 5 stars  for the care, time and persistence in helping you buy a house in its entirety.They could teach some  estate agents on customer care.Regular weekly phone calls keep you updated and the majority of the time your only dealing with up to 2 people. If you want security in later life these people will try and help.

Our whole experience with Homewise was wonderful.  We have a beautiful bungalow and a super nest egg to cushion our future.  Every week I spoke with Samuel Stevens my rock.  Always cheerful, always consoling when things went wrong.  I shall miss my chats with him.  Also Rhoda a calming and lovely lady.  They were with us every step of the way.

Homewise have been really helpful to us and will help us to move to a more expensive area where we had no hope to do so before. Rhonda has been looking after us and she is very attentive and very helpful in every way.  Thank you Homewise.

All the Homewise staff I’ve dealt with have been knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. They took time to understand my needs and wants and explain the plan in plenty of detail to help me make the right decision for me. Thoroughly recommend both the plan and the staff for anyone looking at this kind of plan.

My recent experience using Rhonda at Home wise have been very positive. Everything was explained to me in detail and made an easy choice for me.I have now settled in my new home, and have some money to enjoy my retirement.

At a time when all age groups  are finding it  difficult  to  locate permanent  homes  to buy or rent;   Homesafe stand out from the crowd....  There is a dearth of companies assisting  people  over 60 locate  decent affordable long term housing     .To their credit  key  word  where  money is concerned! Homesafe is one of the few  reputable  established concerns around    assisting   older citizens into independent housing...

Can we just say, Homewise have been fantastic in our search for our dream home. Starting from the very beginning with Kayleigh, who took our initial call, all the way through the team. We have had contact with a young man called Conner, and one other, whose name we didnt quite catch. Finally, we have Rhonda!  Huge praise goes to this wonderful lady!  She has been there for us all the way through, supporting, explaining things more than once if we didn't quite get it the first time old brains etc! She is  knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, kind and friendly, whilst always remaining professional! Thank you!  S & J D
