SLOW POOR SERVICE, FELT THREATENED. LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND NO REAL APOLOGY, AND I FELT QUITE SHAKEN UP.
I/ my mother tried to return something today along with my 2 year grandson, but was told i couldn't so i asked for the items back and the reciept. Basically i spent the next 20 mins asking for the reciept they had misplaced, which they eventually found, at one point the assistant manager threatened to have me banned from the shop and accused me of pushing him, which was a difficult task seeing a i had my 2 year old grandsonm in my arms.
