The most awful shopping experience. Bought 2 x headphones over £400 in sales for Xmas gifts, no welcome, no acknowledgement from 3 people standing around ignoring me while I try to find headphones even when I stand near checkout. I finally have to ask for help, little or no eye contact, little dialogue except what colour, manager behind counter quite aggressive when I refused my address details stating guarantee won't be valid without it, I have valid reason no thank you, goodbye or smile at anytime. Left thinking why did I buy them should have just left the shop. Won't rush back at all. Customer satisfaction 0.

Good array of products for the size of the shop. The staff they have in the shop are always so helpful and caring towards us customers.  Always got th product I want and was looking for if they didn’t have it they will order it for me

Correcting an earlier review great service this time with very knowledgeable assistance to select my new laptop.

Always had fantastic service here until 2 weeks ago when I took my laptop in to be fixed for a reoccurring fault there was a new girl Olivia there which was very rude and questioned my honesty which I really wasn’t impressed with. It was extremely poor customer service from her. Fortunately the staff that have been there a while which I have always been very helpful in the past took over and my laptop was repaired promptly.

Covid 19 makes a lot of people look down and fed up. They just found out there going to into lockdown, Jobs at risk. They have not a lot to be happy about

Impossible to collect reserved items. They cancel the order next working day but are closed outside those hours... No delivery offered. Best go else where.

Great little shop service can be a bit hit and miss but they do get busy. Shop is very small so naturally a lack of stock - however nice to see a big brand still on Haywards Heath high street

Normally very good stock. Some staff need to do their homework on the products when asked pertinent questions about items such as phones, as this would help their sales.
