An ideal choice for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or even just a quick mid afternoon drink. Choose to dine in one of our 3 dining rooms with fabulous scienic views over Whitland. Why not relax in the conservatory lounge with a full range of coffees or even possibly a glass of wine.
We have been open since 2006 and cater for all tastes.
Sunday Lunches, Coach Parties, Funeral Teas, Christenings, Birthdays, Weddings and all Special Occasions welcome.
Located on the main A40 trunk road halfway between Carmarthen and Haverfordwest.
Open:8am-11pm Tuesday-Saturday
9am-11pm Sunday
(Closed Mondays from 12th September 2016 due to winter opening hours)

Considering the Road house isn’t that far from my home, for some reason we never considered it. I follow you on Instagram and was in awe of your Sunday Lunches and Lunchtime meals and yet we never got around to visiting. Well it was my birthday last week and so my mother and I decided it was the perfect excuse to have some nice food. I was a little skeptical because I was under the impression that the Roadhouse was expensive high quality food that was a little too posh for me and my two toddlers to come and destroy. It’s hard to find anywhere homely to enjoy a meal where they aren’t a disruption. Well we went regardless and were instantly welcomed by a warm and vibrant atmosphere. A lovely woman Young, dark brown hair, I’m so sorry I forgot her name but I told her I was leaving a review so please be acknowledged if you remember me. Instantly we were seated in a secluded conservatory where there were toys and play things for my kidshuge relief. Full table service, great deals on the food and she even helped to make the final decision on two meals I really fancied. Me and my mother had the Beef Bourguignon. It was incredible. Tender and fresh, in fact all the meals coming out looked very homemade and delicious. The price was reasonable as well, you’d pay the same for basic pub grub but this was far more flavourful and with fresh ingredients, even with the same items on the menu. The desserts were also homemade and very tasty. We were checked on regularly and had all needs met. The environment was very clean, including the bathrooms and we found that the place itself was in general very family friendly. We cannot wait to come back and finally have that Sunday lunch! Thank you for your hospitality, this will be our usual place to go for high quality dinner dates in the future.nnI wish I took photos of the food itself but instead I was so excited I just dived in haha. Good location for a restaurant with nice views, friendly staff, great music, even better food!nMy partner and I went to this restaurant while on holiday, it wasn't too busy or too loud, just perfect, they had a nice range of food but I had the burger one of the best burgers I've had and my partner had the hunters chicken which I sneaked a bit of as well which was also very tasty, would recommend to anyone and will be eating here again in the future. Roadhouse!
Plenty of parking available. Disability adapted to the entrance. Did go for Breakfast so was quite. Very friendly service. Table service also. Toilets available on premises also do lunch and evening dinner. Good quality food. Moderate prices. Paying for quality food. Alcohol served plus teas and coffee and soft drink. Would thoroughly recommend if your traveling also.
The restaurant itself has a good vibe, and the staff were lovely. However, the food was a bit of a letdown.nnI was expecting a fantastic, interesting meal. But in reality it was a Weatherspoons grade plate of food, unfortunately.nnThe portion sizes were quite good for the price, so wasn't too disappointed in the end. But considering the reviews I was expecting so much more.nnAgain, the restaurant and waiting staff were brill, but I think the chef needs to have a rethink.
Called here for breakfast, friendly staff and quick service. Breakfast well cooked and tasty. Then called in on our way home, very busy as it was Sunday but got a table, enjoyed our afternoon coffee with cheesecake and apple crumble with custard. Delicious. The Sunday roast dinners looked great. All reasonably priced. Will definitely call again.
