Was told by a friend to go for Sunday dinner as he said it was good. Car park was very small.On arrival told we could not have a high chair which I phoned up in advance to book for, as it was booked out for a table coming in later on. Food ordered food which came out with was over cooked and bland. After having such a bad meal and experience I will not be going here again or recommending to anyone.

Good standard fare pub grub in public bar or restaurant. Bar meals available too but we like the restaurant which has a nice feel to it although smallish. 10oz steak best value in my opinion. Had Sunday lunch too which is good Friendly pub if you just want a beer or two.

Two of us had a Sunday lunch here today and it was really tasty, closet I've ever had to home made. Dinner was well priced at £7.95 for adults, £5.50 for children and desserts only £2.95. They do gluten free dinner and dessert as long as you tell them before hand. Very friendly staff as we had a lovely warm welcome. The bar area is very cosy with two pool tables, dart boards and a juke box. Will definetly be back again.
