A massive thank you to Roach Classics for fitting my Jaguar XF in quickly to have the boot repaired after the latch had seized. The work was carried out quickly and I was kept informed of everything that needed doing and I was even offered the chance to upgrade my rear seats while they were out of the car so they fold down. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Can't recommend them enough.

The gratitude and respect I have for this company is huge. They took my Jaguar XF in at short notice, spent hours with diagnostics trying to work out the cause of a frustratingly niche problem, and they've got the car back to me after less than a week at an incredibly reasonable price. I've got nothing but praise for Andrew and all the guys there. Excellent communication, honest and respectful. 10/10

Excellent experience - far outshines the JLR Main Dealers I used. After visiting 3 main dealers and 2 independents who could not  determine the whining noise from my XJ, I visited Roach Classics. Sue was welcoming and Andrew and his colleague came out to listen to my car. Within 5 minutes the bonnet was closed, the fault had been confidently identified and the car booked in. I am delighted to say the fault is now fixed. Sue and Andrew did what they said they would do and based on this experience, I see no need to ever return to JLR main dealers. The specialist knowledge at Roach and personal attention are priceless. Needless to say Roach Classics will be looking after my XJ from now on. Thank you Sue and Andrew.

Wow. What a find. Great customer service and fantastic engineers. I am thrilled with the work they have completed on my 2001 XKR. A suspension warning light that other garages have not been able to fix and replacing the air con condenser. All perfect and to my complete satisfaction. I will only use Roach classics in future. Having never used Roach Classics before,  any fears were completely allayed. From walking into reception my 'gut 'feeling was calm. I had more work done than I intended but I believe I was given the right guidance. I was contacted a few times about various issues and I very much appreciated that. I met the technician who worked on my car and thought him to be a passionate and knowledgeable technician. Very happy all round.

Saved my bacon today after being recommended when searching Suffolk for a solitary 5/16th thackery washer to finish fitting twin DCOEs. Never knew they were so hard to track down. Many thanks Roach classics.ServicesService not listed

Very polite, professional and definitely know what they are doing.

Used them to diagnose a sensor problem on my XK X150. They did that job OK but it was annoying that the steering wheel was slightly off centre when they replaced it. Later I found loose screws still under the bonnet where they had taken them out and left them. Sloppy workmanship. Maybe they were miffed that I took the car away to fix a minor item myself instead of letting them rack up the bill that they rushed it out. Whatever the reason I won't be going back.
