Great service my van was repaired with in the time advised and to a high standard. Reception ladies were professional in there work even chasing up insurance company when my courtesy van never turn up. (Insurance company fault) And keep me informed on the progress on my van. Thank you Balgores

I dont normally write reviews but in this case i thought it would be nice to give credit where due. The whole experience with Balgores was stress free from start to finish. The reception staff were very helpful and kept me updated the whole time. The repair work was outstanding and now my car looks as good as new, i would highly recommend them & use them in future.

Did a good job of repairing a scrape job, but a bit slow. Other people have pointed out that they make you sign a waiver waving liability if things get stolen from your car - does seem a bit dodgy...

We had an accident in our family car,we put the claim through our insurance company who then passed this onto Balgores Sudbury We were contacted the same day by a very friendly and helpful young lady,the car was booked in and a c.car delivered,although a little smaller than normal was more than adequate!when the car was looked at an estimator called to explain the repair process to us.car was returned fully valeted and by a lovely driver Made the whole experience bearable and a lot less stressful then I thought it would be
