Absolutely amazing fresh produce fragrance flavour to the palate was amazing authentic my full order was incredible very friendly service on the phone lovely driver thank you so much best Indian in Lincoln ! Truly the best I have ever had Vegetarian options: I had all vegetarian Dahl vegetable curry variety of breads delicious
I ordered late tonight on a Tuesday, delivery was absolutely spot on . The best Indian food I’ve ever tasted since I left London. Catered to what I asked for . Spot on guys . Absolutely outstanding.
First Indian from these guys tonight. Absolutely loved it best Indian I have had in ages well impressed. Delivery very quick and lovely guy very polite who delivered it. I think this will be a regular delivering to us. Well done chefs x
Have ordered before and was sublime. This time however chicken was as tough as overcooked beef! Chilli garlic naan was dry and hard, almost inedible. Keema naan retained moisture from the meat and was ok. Rice was alright but alot of it was like toasted rice. Dissatisfied as was great previous but I'm assuming once you get one or two orders in they just send out rubbish! Will be on the lookout for a new curry takeaway! I ordered chicken tikka jalfrezi and it wasn't chicken tikka so paid extra for no reason.
Couldn't rate food quality as I never got to try it. Rang when order was ten minutes late and got told it was on its way, half an hour after that phone call it's a 9 minute drive the food arrived with half the items missing I literally ordered a korma, poppadoms and some dips, not a difficult order. When I rang the restaurant I was told they could give me money off my next order, no way I would order here again so asked for my missing food to be delivered which was met rudely, said it would be 30 to 45 minutes to deliver some dips, I said fine. Then decided I wouldn't trust my food to not be tampered with so going through just eat for a refund. Said they would collect the food but that was 30 minutes ago so I've left it outside on the door step for collection. Overall awful experience. They blamed imaginary road works and non existent traffic. If you had been honest and said it would take 40 minutes I would have been fine with it. Discussed with Just Eat and they will not issue a refund as "food wasn't intact" when it was untouched. Liars. Don't order here!
Last Saturday we ordered our 1st Indian meal since lockdown with 2 friends. When delivered at quarter to 7order for 7 o'clockwe set the table in the garden to discover no salad and mint sauce sent with chicken tikka. We called immediately at quarter to 7 and put the food back into the oven. The missing bits were not delivered until 8.40 the by which time we could not sit in the garden and the peshwaris were ruined. Nothing extra was sent as goodwill. I called to raise my dissatisfaction only to be offered to peshwaris which I felt was an insult considering our first post lockdown meal been ruined but asked him to look into it and call me back on Sunday. Hearing nothing I could back a Wednesday to be told I would be called back in an hour. With no callback on I called again on Thursday and it was agreed we could have some free food to compensate the ruined evening. On calling tonight has told nothing was gonna be given and give a bad review. Whist it is not just the delay in food but also the awful communication that means we are totally dismayed with this service which is a shame as had the meall been correctly packed in the first place or the missing bits not taking an hour to get to Hykeham there would have been no issue.
Ordered for 18:30 when my friend will be here for dinner, delivered at 17:30. Called them but they don't care at all. Avoid if you want hot food at the right time.
Food has always been ok. But last order was awful. Order didnt turn up and when I rang, got told it had already been delivered! I was on my own and neighbours were out! Huge debate on whether they should re-deliver and quizzing me on my door colour etc. Driver basically called me a liar. Never been more frustrated and angry. Local man delivered and taking orders....had no idea of dishes and has no idea local area at all. Get new staff Riyaz!! The man is ruining your reputation!!!
Had a takeaway from here last night and would have rather had a curry from a jar. Starters tasted defrosted and thrown in the fryer. Curries were poor and all meat was tough. Would not recommend, very disappointed.
This is one of the best Takeaways in Lincoln. Outstanding customer service and superb delivery time for all orders. I have never had a fault with this takeaway and I would definitely recommend this to all. Certainly your money's worth.
