April 24, 2018 around 1pm to 2pm. The man wearing blue gray color top is rude to my mother in law. We are 7 person and 3 of them have special needs and 1 is a child. My mother in law showing a video to one of the person who have special needs, but the man approach my mother in law in a rude manners! He said to my mother in law can you turn off your phone. Is that the way you talk to your customer? The vedio takes seconds only. Let us say the video is lil loud, is that the way you approach your customer, really? (Your radio is more louder than the vedio.) And Your foods and drinks, over price also. Review your CCTV and looked how you approach my mother in law.

'We Close in 5 minutes' Despite the cafe being inside an antiques centre that opens till 4.30, we were informed as we took our seats in the cafe at 3.45 they closed at 4.00 and we would only have 15 minutes to stay in the cafe. As we had brought our relative for a special visit, we went ahead with our order. As the drinks arrived, the waitress reminded us again that the cafe was closing soon. Again, five minutes later, another waitress went around the tables reminding customers that the cafe would close in five minutes. I suggest that in future, the cafe closes it's doors to new customers at 3.30 to prevent them feeling harassed during their visit. Very disappointing.
