I remember when this place used to be very busy. I watched a video just the other day about a ferret who went there after he had asked someone to call him from the telephone exchange and showed someone round. This video was uploaded 6 years ago so I can only imagine what he would do if he saw the state of it now. I have had lots of very nice memories from this place because I used to go after school with my friend and we would stay until it got dark and sometimes, we would even spend the day there. It is so sad that I will now have to kiss goodbye to those times and treasure them as a dim and distant memory.

I wouldn't class this as a shopping centre, it's an embarrassment, this town has been run into the ground

Shocking. Dire place. More shops closed down than open, not a chance will I go back there at all.

A very empty shopping centre. Where have all the shops gone? We went on a Tuesday afternoon and only about 3 shops open plus a cafe with one customer and toilets. However it was very clean.

Awful, depressing shopping centre. The owners of it are doing a terrible job getting new stores in and not lowering the rent. There used to be Woolworths, JD, Next, Game, Burton, Richards, Adams,  Passion for Perfume, Clinton's, H Samuel, Superdrug, M&S Simply Food, Savers, Carphone Warehouse, Rapture, Holland and Barrett, Pilot, Gift Horse and many more. Now, there are only three good shops. New Look, Home Bargains and Coffee Moments. That's it. I can not stand observing my local shopping centre die like this anymore. Riverside and Chase Commercial, it's time to act. Regenerate or demolish.

Clean and bright shopping mall with a good variety of national and local businesses. Well managed and maintained.

I cant believe just how empty and lifeless this shopping centre has got! I went yesterday and there were hardly any shops open. It was a sorry state of affairs. It has got to the point where home bargains, coffee moments and the jacket potato man are the only good things that this place has got going for it. Just look at the photos it says it all. The staff are freindly and the place is very clean it could just do with some more shops but there is probably no point as they are going to be closing it anyway. What will become of evesham!  Edit: cafe is closing now too and potato man is probably going to do catering now.

It's a bit of a sad place. So many shops vacant. Still, we would visit it again- if only to show our support for local businesses. Evesham is a lovely town with river walks and trips for the enthusiast.

Only use it as a walk through from car park. Nothing but empty shops.
