I have been receiving Appalling treatment from this practice. The GP I have seen for 22 years who was once helpful is now terrible. Tells me he is leaving prescriptions that never get sorted. Tells me there is no local therapy I can have for a problem even though the same doctor offered it to me a few years ago. This practice is fast going downhill and I personally will be moving. Some of the receptionists are extremely difficult to deal with as confirmed by many of my relatives who attend the same practice. One other doctor even laughed in the face of my relative who had depression. the relative walked out and did receive an apology but only years later. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone. I no longer contact my GP even when unwell as to the complete incompetent treatment I receive. I may as well not have a GP as I do not get help here. It disgusts me how they treat you at this surgery!. I have been polite enough to not mention said GP's by name, here anyhow.

If you need medical attention you would be better going to Kwik-Fit than this lot .

Would not recommend this practice to anyone in need of care. You have to battle reception weeks in advance to be given an appointment. When I did formally complain my medical records were used to find my contact details rather than the email address I provided.

Adequate on site parking available here. Fairly standard medical practice.
