A brilliant service.As a visitor to the area I needed a prescription for a drug I had forgotten to bring with me. The receptionist took all the details and within three hours the prescription was issued and the drug collected from Boots.Thank you to all concerned.

If I could give 0 stairs I would!  Worse surgery iv every been to in the 6 city's iv lived in in my life time! Why dose it go straight to line busy with no prerecorded message telling you about the surgery? Also the receptionist are the most unempathetic bunch of women iv ever met!!!

Dr Hargreaves is fantastic, takes times to get to know you amd doenst make you feel like u need to rush through you're appointment.

Good practice but Dr Anderson at the front usually room 1 or 2 and the other duty doctor are completely useless and unapproachable.
