Had a consultation online through Anima and was very impressed by the speedy and detailed response. Prescription sent directly to the pharmacy and a link for a blood test followed. Only waited 5minutes for the blood test. Prescription waiting for me! 10/10 for everybody involved. I appreciate things are extremely busy at the moment, thank you!
After a lengthy period of Ill health including 2 stays in hospital, and a period of physiotherapy I am delighted to feel I am almost at the end of needing treatment. There have been many exceptional people contributing to my recovery but I wanted to highlight Dr Andrea Staal who I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday. Instantly she was approachable and caring and displayed great empathy seeming to grasp my expressed concerns and feelings quickly. She seems to be a very ‘no-nonsense’ lady with infinite knowledge and experience. I cannot express fully my delight, relief and restored faith and confidence about a positive future. Please pass on our gratitude to her for the kindness and professionalism she displays.
Owner continues to lie in responses to my complaints. I didn't realize riverside was privately owned that's interesting isn't it.nnI was abused first by the nurse then by the reception and complaint was refused. People are allowed to be human beings despite your best efforts. You cause me stress by nearly deafening me and then shouting at me when I complain. You are lying. You get paid to lie and protect people who harm patients. Now I am forced to shoulder the fact I'm a 'criminal' because I was upset that I was nearly deafened and met with a flippant response and refusal of complaint. The reason I wanted to complain was because I was concerned about the next patient : but clearly you were not interested in me or the next patient : you say you give such a high standard of care but then reward people for causing harm. Oh dear oh dear.nnYet another example of our services abusing victims. I just wanted an ear irrigation thank you : I didn't expect to be assaulted and then shouted at for negligence aimed at myself.nnI'm sure as you say I shall not be subjected at my new practice to the same negligence, heavy handedness and refusal to act responsibly. Let's be clear riverside health centre wants to hurt you and the expect you to be silent.nnAs it turns out I had a repeat ear irrigation at riverside misterton barely a few weeks after my initial botched procedure. Obviously it goes without saying back to back ear irrigation are not recommended. However I was forced into this situation wasn't I because I just wanted to be able to do my own work which requires my ears to work.nGuess what, the water jet was uncomfortable as it always is but on that occasion it wasn't forced I to my ear : there was therefore no reason for me to complain because I was not treated like an animal.nnCould you please send my complaint back to me? Oh that's right there is no complaint, because you refused it.
Fabulous service, at first it felt a bit onerous to fill in the online referral but it was very user friendly and did help me to focus and be clearer about my symptoms which saved time in the face to face appointment which I opted for although was given the option of a telephone consultation instead. I was kept quickly up to date regarding my request and telephoned within 2 hours to be offered a same day appointment which was totally satisfactory.
Horrific!! They requested my records from another surgery without my permission. My confidential and highly personal records were read without my permission. I was told that I was not registered with them or my previous surgery, all the time with my prescriptions due for renewal. I was given the option of calling 111 for an emergency prescription, and I quote, just like a homeless personnnYes, I lost it. Panic at not being able to get my medicine due to their own error. Getting my personal records without my permission and being left high and dry.nnLuckily my surgery in Scotter pulled out all the stops. They are just waiting for Riverside to return the records.nnUnder no circumstances would I recommend this surgery. They deny asking for the records and were entirely unhelpful throughout
