I joined Kingfisher Family Practice in May, 2025, wow so efficient, wonderful, second to none, at this moment in time. Efficient, medical problems dealt with instantly, prescriptions immediately, no waiting, ringing, chasing, appointment always available. Joined Kingfisher Family Practice in September 2025 and the whole Practice is fantastic. The doctors and staff are all so caring and really focused on the patients. It's easy to speak to someone and even get an appointment on the same day. It's an excellent practice, very well run with great doctors and staff. Plus you have the Boots pharmacy on site and the Community Hospital. Very pleased to be a patient with Kingfisher Practice.
All staff are kind and helpful in very trying circumstances. At times there is difficulty in arranging appointments but they try their utmost to help. Happy to be part of this practice
The doc I seen was very rude as he thought I was faking my breathing on till he did my oxygen levels witch was 93 and having c o p d he didn't even apologise this is the first time I've had a bad experience with this practice
Really impressed with the service I have received this afternoon! I rang at 15:05 wanting some advice as I couldn’t get hold of my Midwife. The lovely receptionist I’m sorry I’m not sure of her name straight away put me onto the doctors list and I received a call from the doctor at 15:12!!!! Antibiotics issued all in the space of 10 minutes from phoning for advice. Thank you so much!nnI’ve always found the reception team super helpful when I’ve rang for queries in the past and cannot thank them enough for their kindness towards me!nnI am actually now classed as an out of area patient but wouldn’t dream of registering at my nearest GP due to the high quality of care I have received at Kingfisher family practice!nnThank you to each and every one of you for helping me!
