Would have gave 5 starts but after past couple of times I've delt with a couple of doctors wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the choice. Went in for something to help with work first doctor down to employer. 2nd doctor I thought was ok. Basically saying I've got to get up earlier and make sure I eat but what about these that can't early in a morning. Absolutely useless. Only help them who they want others just a number.
Receptionist was great nice and polite sorted me a appointment within the hour plus the doctor was very comforting, helpful and friendly amazing service all round thank you so much for making a nervous lad feel so at ease and welcoming.
A few words to thank the very kind nurse who syringed my ears today at 4.15pm. Can’t praise her enough for her cheerful caring attitude, thank you very much and well done. Not an easy job dealing with the public!
The only fault that I have found is that sometimes takes a very long time to answer the telephone even to the point it cuts off and you have to ring again. The reception staff are always polite and obliging to me and have not had a problem, probably talk to them with respect, I do not seem to have a problem booking an appointment that suits me. I only try to see one of two doctors , both of who have been brilliant with my ailments and they both seem to be of the same opinion unlike a lot of doctors who have different opinions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.
Mum has been going to this surgery for years, from when it was Bridgegate and was on Bridgegate near the roundabout. Always had lovely service but the receptionist that mum spoke to yesterday was rude and abrupt. Not happy with the receptionist they should have more empathy and customer service. Couldn’t fault the doctors. Dr Craig and chapman are brilliant always!
Brilliant, careing doctors and staff cannot speak highly enough of the care I have had over the years I have been a patient.
Went to see the nurse today and she was very helpful giving me loads of information mrs York can’t recommend this doctors enough
Horrible to ring can never get through I have been ringing since 8 this morning as they tell you too, they are bloody useless and when I can finally get through I will bloody tell them that
Always polite helpful and I feel confident with the help and advice from the Dr there
