I have always received amazing service from all the staff. It is really helpful being able to get advice from the knowledgeable reception team and is greatly appreciated. The surgery has recently changed its computer system; this had caused many patients problems when trying to use the NHS app for appointments or ordering repeat prescriptions; clearly the system wasn't thoroughly tested before it went live: not good enough!!
I’ve had the best experiences with this surgery. More so recently. I’ve been going through the worst times in my life and my Dr Metcalfe has been so super supportive. I felt heard, valued, cared about. They stepped in when other services counselling failed me. Thank you for everything

Awful service - very difficult to get through and then all they try and do is get rid of you. Every time I need help, they signpost me somewhere else. No interest whatsoever in helping, they just want to get rid of you.
This surgery has been an absolute shambles recently spring/summer 2021. Most of my family members, including myself, have experienced an issue of some description and these appear to relate to either poor communication between practice doctors and surgery administration or just downright incompetent staff. The surgery receptionists don’t appear to know what each other or the doctors are doing resulting in important patient communications either missing or misplaced or just denying knowledge of them. This has wasted both doctor and patient time on a number of occasions. I hope this surgery get their act together but until then it is not recommended practice. I must also add that the COVID arrangements have been a joke and the aged have pretty much been neglected expecting them to be smart phone savy and making them wait outside the surgery in the cold with no seating and no way of communication if running late. I directly complained about this when I discovered a old chap waiting outside for some time wondering what to do but I was ignored. Absolutely appalling irresponsible behaviour.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Posner. Saw my baby within an hour after telephone triage. Skillfully assessed my son and prescribed antibiotics. Very efficient and personable nature.
Shocking administration system means you can be waiting 40+ mins on the phone trying to book an appointment only for them to make up some excuse why you cant book an appointment via the phone. Needs a serious restructuring although they never listen to peoples complaints. Avoid the stress and go somewhere else.
