I've just visited Dan at Belper Natural Health Center. They managed to book me quickly I thought I had damaged my hip and I have an upcoming ski trip in two weeks. This was my first ever visit to an osteopath I was not disappointed. After going through my details and what was going on, Dan very quickly identified it was a hamstring strain after a few treatments inc. massage, wave therapy and acupuncture the pain is almost entirely gone, in just one session! Dan is professional and really knows his stuff. Totally recommend. Thank you Dan.
Went to see Dan with agonising neck pain, inflammation of my wrist and fatigue. I wasn't sure what to expect, as my consultant never listened to any complaints I made. What a lovely surprise, Dan listened! I felt heard for the first time. Dan knows what he's doing, he'll make you feel comfortable, distract you when needed and the outcome after 2 sessions is :'I feel great!'
Dan is a MASTER MANIPULATOR of the back. I have a pretty stressful job and go to Dan when I need help with my back & shoulders. Dan spends the time to understand what & where the issue is and has a range of different techniques to help. It can be painful during, but it is always so much better after. Dan is definitely worth the money!
I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for years. After seeing Dan for a few weeks I'm actually starting to feel better for the first time in a long time. The combination of supplements, soft tissue and manipulation seems to be helping out massively. I thoroughly recommend.
Went in with shoulder discomforts which I really didn't think could be helped without medical treatment but thought I would give it a try anyway. With only two sessions with Dan it was a huge surprise that it had actually helped relieve the pain dramatically! Would 100% recommend to anyone with body pains or discomforts to try!

I suffered a back injury whilst Go Karting and was in absolute agony with it. I saw Henry for 4 weeks of sports massage and he was brilliant. He explained to me what he thought the issue was, where the pain was coming from, and what he was going to do to help. This was combined with 3 sessions with Daniel which involved some adjustments. I started to notice a difference a few days after my first visit. I would highly recommend Belper Natural Health!
I went with high hopes for my appointment. I was really pleased in regards to the findings during my appointment . Sadly it has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received the food list of what I should eat since my appointment . I would have scored much higher if the aftercare was better. On the positive side the receptionist was helpful and I found the staff in general to be nice.
Dan at Belper Natural Health Centre is an excellent practitioner. Trained and Accredited, friendly and professional. Always remedies my back in just a couple of sessions. Highly recommend
Great big thank you to Daniel I felt completely at ease with him from the beginning he's a total professional who listens and explains things in a very patient manner, fixed my shoulder and I have no issue highly recommending his services.
