Great clothes shop, staff really helpful and friendly
Terrible, rude experience, was literally called a liar! They change the rules depending on their mood! I wanted a refund on a item that was two weeks old, the receipt was there- tag had fallen off, never worn! Accused of washing them and they ‘smelt’ of fabric conditioner! which I don't use ‘ you can talk to some one else, but they will say they same?? - whats the point of that then! Want go say make sure you know your statutory rights, but by my experience they change according to the day!
Very clean shop as some River Island shops have been really untidy and sloppy staff.
Lovely staff on the till she was really polite and helpful. Just a shame its always over priced on clothes, I'd rather buy things from levi than here because they're a better brand but I've never jad a problem here anyway.
Good outlet,decent product on offer though overly expensive but simply made up of its household name..if u look hard enough there are minor bargains but you do need a spare 50 or 60 quid to get a couple of items,tend only to visit if for a gift purchase..hygiene,health and safety standards normally excellent.
I recently bought some Clothes from here there was a young bright women at the door with a wonderful smile on her face she came and served me at the till as well sill had a wonderful smile on her face she a credit to riverIsland and her team and her team where also amazing best staff by far I hundred percent recommend this store good quality clothes All staff make you feel welcome
Some nice stuff but the mens department seems to be getting smaller and smaller As it does in most male/female/childrens range stores eg.Outfit guilty of it too. Doesn't seem to stock the full range but what it does stock is good quality.
Not a i shop I like very over priced Clothes not all that. Only thing i buy from here is there bags.
Very expensive and dont have enough sales. The item on sale are not the best .staff are young and polite but some of them have issues using the orders in line. My card had gone through twice and they said it had not. Luckily the second was canceled and had my money back, so don't use the wi fi one when ordering online. they also say next day delivery that did not happen either from yodel. It's still not arrived after 3 days so very poor service when ordering from store.
Good store, amazing staff, following COVID guidelines - but things get a bit pricey sometimes. Other than that, really good!
