My wife and I visited yesterday. My wife attempted to make a significant purchase using her Blue Light discount card for some Christmas presents. This was declined by the server using her “Managers discretion”. Her attitude was surly and unhelpful throughout. There were then problems trying to arrange it on line where she continued to be unhelpful. The young male assistant did his best to offset the poor attitude of the Manager but was unable to resolve the problem. Her attitude was appalling and unnecessary and cost her store a customer that had previously used the outlet routinely for purchases for our teen children.
The service at this store is shocking. Its my second visit within a month and both times the has been service lacking. Today they only had one changing room opened downstairs and there was a queue of people waiting, I then went to pay for my garment, even though there seemed to be plenty of staff on the shop floor, there was only one serving. I ended up leaving my garment and leaving the shop. Unfortunately I will not visit this store again.
Variety & flexibility! Delfinetly worth their collection. I got a pair of lacoste shoes at paris, the staff mix matched the wrong pair of shoes. And I changed it here in Llandudno, Wales, UK.
Went in at 12pm today wanted to exchange a pair of 97s I was told I could as they would need inspecting, I then referred to the return and exchange policy that was on the desk, tried explaining that, but the supervisor told me No, I asked to speak to his manager, he told me they were on a break so I said that's fine ill wait, was laughed at by a member of staff and it upset me so yes I shouted at her, in the end all the staff in the store told me they didn't have to show me the cctv or tell me their names I've never felt so bullied in all my life
i went to JD for my nephews birthday emmm i em went to buy some new creps for her, emm she wanted a jacket but i had already purchasedn the shoes, turns out she wanted to go to shoe zone!!!!!
Never even received my parcel the company gave it to a diffrent address and I lost out 250 pound
Watch out for low black bench seats on the equally black floor in the king of trainers Upper floor
Good quality of clothes, on the down side unable to use blue card as only you can use online. When else were you can use instore at other retailers.
I've never been in JD now where they have a shoe that's on sale and they have the size in stock. Whilst I know its a sale and they will have limited sizes. I've been in about 6 different occasions and each time no size and even been in with someone else with a different shoe size and no size. So it's only good if you want to see trainers and order from the website
Came Llandudno today as a tourist and i had £20 to spend so I came to get a football but they were all £25 so the man at the counter got a ball from the back which was £20 which made my day
