Tried to return a £35 item with tags but no receipt but had bank statement confirming purchase date, time & price. I was offered £15 refund. Spoke to RI customer services and cos I had all proof of purchase except receipt the store should have offered me FULL refund. Very poor service & goby staff at RI Wigan. Full refund now received but stay clear of this diabolical.hole
