A very glamorous and unique designed clothes and handbags. I went here with my family this evening. My mum was looking for blouses initially but the beautiful, unique handbag desings took her mind and she then ended up buying a handbag from RI. I must say their selection of handbags are very unique and affordable. Yes, I would like to recommend River Island. Thank you
Very over priced for children's wear. Also if you return stuff they reimburse with a gift card not cash read their returns policy online. Plus returning was not the nicest experience compared with a lot of their competitors. I won't be spending any more money in there.
Close to parking. Easy to access. Near other stores. It's in an out of town shopping complex.
Was in my local store Biggleswade retail park about a week Sunday the young lad there was really helpful
Was informed by a member of staff on Tuesday that I could return a pair of boots as the soles had both worn in same place and weren't very old , so must be a faulty design these are still being sold in their store . She said I could get a credit note . Very happy with this customer service , so returned with boots today to be told by different staff member that I could not return them. I explained what I had been told and she asked for staffs name which obviously I didn't know. She was very rude , rolling her eyes to the another customer . I expect much better service from river island store manager.

Great Staff.. Made a shopping experience really nice. Good value quality clothes and accessories at good prices. We returned a product and we're given a no quibble refund. Keep up the good work.
Never had an issue with river island or their products however after arriving in the store, the lady on the checkout has disappeared and is no where to be seen. Waiting by the checkout till wanting to buy 1 item, and Iv been stood here for over 10 mins now and quite litteraly no one here. Store is nice, the service in which river island is providing here seems to be lacking. Unless training consists of leaving the shop floor for over 15 mins and leaving customers stood waiting
Unprofessional store, the epitome of why people shop online. One person serving on till for a queue of 4, whilst a colleague stands next to her with back to the queue talking on a phone discussing an upset Saturday person, managed to mixup a pair of boots my partner purchased so we ended up with two of the same feet so will have to return. Pathetic Customer Experience.
My daughter brought me 3 dresses which I have just tried to return I understand that without a reciept it would be an exchange for the current value these items were brought for mothers day and reciept is nowhere to be found brought with cash so no trace and refused all as new still tagged over 100 pounds manager of the store very smug standing using her mobile never again will I or my daughter shop in river island in this climate with stores failing customer service is the key to keeping customers
