Clean place and staff are very friendly had no problems
Just been in for the boxing day sales. The 2 girls on the desk in the women's section took absolutely ages to serve there customers despite the long cues. They was just chatting amongst them selves. Shocking work ethic
Someone needs to tell you lot it isn't mandatory to wear a face mask. Rude people

Clean shop no one pester,s you for a sale lovely quality and choices well worth visit or shop on line
Nice and tidy river island. Didn't have the trousers my wife looked at in our local river island so she was disappointed. But no complaints about this store. The lift to get upstairs with the pushchair was weird, never had to operate my own lift before lol.
You need to visit the store... you will not regret
Havent been for a while as thought it had gone quite cheap and trashy but bought some fab boots with 20% off and the young assistant was so helpful
