Good prices for a lot of things, you would really need to come every now and then to find something you needed. Lots of electronics for about 20% off, TVs are good price off.
Absolutely disgusting!! Bought a 3 seater sofa there and was advised by the shop stuff that the delivery man will bring it into the house and was ensured that delivery people are very good at what they doing. On the delivery day 2 man show up and took a look at the house and claim that it will take them too much time to get it in so left the sofa outside and went. Absolutely disgusting!!
Slightly overrated for what it is! We were there for toys and what ever we find, not much interesting stuff except a toy and two cushions , the worst bit is you never know the original price, I tried to google a few with no success. The parking is free of charge for 90 min. But there was limited spaces when we arrived at about 12 pm on a Saturday. The warehouse is quite big yet no baby changing room! Which was interesting now that almost every place has one! Also most of the items have damaged packaging so not a material for gifts etc. I wont be going back unfortunately.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!! Absolutely awful customer service bought a bread maker which was faulty as tried at home and because they deemed the product as working I was advised to film the bread being made an I then said do you want me to bring the dough in and make the bread in store to show it’s not working and advised if you want to!! This is the manager btw never had any problems but the sake of saving £10/£15 would definitely recommend buying from more reputable stores. Do not buy your electrical’s from here as you can only return if faulty and even then it will be exchange only. So thanks to Hadjra and Arri manager complete dimwits so definitely buy at your own risk.
Used to be far better, however, now a place that Argos offloads their unwanted stock to sell at slightly under their own price. Xbox Elite controllers once £50, now nothing of the sort. Also, harsh ‘no returns’ policy that conflicts with your statuary consumer rights on returns but the staff happy to tell you otherwise. As a result, strongly recommend to NEVER buy high ticket items here.
Absolutely rubbish. Brought a cooker, when they delivered it, it was the wrong cooker. It was a cheaper version.they Tried to fob me off. By saying it was the one I chose. Then I had to wait how many days for them to collect it. I couldn't get my refund for another day. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never shop there again. They don't let you speak to a manger.
Big store with a lot of stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Certain members of the furniture department have discounted items further for me. However I don't think they are meant to do this as I heard about member of staff complaining they always seem to do this The good stuff goes as soon as it's put out, so worth a weekly look in if you're a bargain hunter.
Nice decent store but y do u close so early. On weekdays if i wanna buy something. I cant cause u close at 5 involving with work
