Travelled 30mile round trip to shop here after experiencing totally unprofessional, rude staff at Princess Alice park, Sutton Coldfield. It was a Sunday and doesn't open until 11 but once the doors opened you were greeted by a "good morning" and huge smiles, even though behind masks. Staff could not have been more helpful and professional. What a massive contrast from Sutton Coldfield.
Small store so not a huge selection. Nice home stuff. A bit annoying that you have to pay for parking here when it’s free at the other local superstores. Friendly staff.
I went to collect a parcel and I was approached by Alex very quickly he seen me wid my phone out and guessed I came to collect my parcel. He got my details and got my parcel. I didn’t need to wait in que and he gave me information on how to collect when store is closed for renovations.
Arrived at 7:20 pm and found the shop closed despite official working hours until 8pm 'updated by business 1 day ago' both on Google Maps and the Next's own website. Also had to pay for parking to discover that.
Great location, great for ordering items online and returns are no hassle, just bring back to the shop wether brought online or not. Can’t fault Next, great selection of clothing and well made.
Nice, clean store especially as some of the stores nearby are not. Not a wide range of clothes or shoes for Men, as this is a smaller store.
Not keen that you cannot buy home product at the price on the ticket, as it has to be delivered at a further cost of £8...no other options
Shop is good but you have to pay for parking, whereas other places have free parking.
You should update your website cause it says it's open and when I went there today you have actually shut down ..when ?? I don't know but even the sign has gone , all boarded it up ..
Went here, no purple t shirt. But good store!
