Bought most of our furniture from right price for our new home. 
Fantastic price. There were some issues with some items however they were resolved right away. Some if the staff really went above and beyond.

Not So Right !
I had to visit Rite Price due to my insurance claim for damaged carpets as they are the local contracted carpet and flooring company for my insurer.
First of all there was a delay in receiving a call from Rite Price even though my insurance company suggested that I will recieve a call within a couple of days .. but this was just after Easter holidays , so understandable. 
So finally after some phone calls we had a home visit , a very quick one indeed ! ,the guy didnt seem to have enough time to listen to my questions as he was in a hurry . Anyway once thats done the next step was to visit the showroom to select the carpet.
We arrived at the showroom and the person who deals with this was with another customer so we waited for about 10 minutes. When he finished with the customers , rather than he coming to us straight, he decided browse his phone ignoring us and the receptionist who kept saying to him about us waiting.
Finally he came to us not with a pleasant face and adviced me about the price bracket of the carpets we are allowed to choose.. but he didnt have the patience to listen to my needs and what i want , rather he kept going back to the one which he wants to sell . The prices seems not 'Rite' at all ... 
I was thinking about some engineed wooden floor and he kept saying 'forget it' (Like 'its too dear you cant afford it') , although i told him that i will pay the difference.
In the end we decided to walk out and go somewhere else (Informed the insurer that we will go for a 'Cash payment' )
