Hey guys Haldane Fisher Building Supplies continue to impress me. I always get what I need and if they don’t have it the guys are happy to help source it for you.nGetting deliveries to my sites is for the most part quick and efficient and they don’t charge you if your order is over £250 and in the times we live in any little saving helps and adds up.nI highly recommend this branch of Haldane Fishers on Laddis Drive and you should expect to leave with a smile on your face, there are some funny guys here, it’s a good visit when you leave smiling after a bit of banter.
As a new customer to Haldane Fisher, Ladas Drive, I would highly recommend the team here. We started using Haldane Fisher the last month for building materials for our house project, after being left in the lurch when our builder went out of business. This was quite a stressful time as we had been dropped in the deep end and had to quickly take over the ordering of items for our second fix to try and keep momentum going.nnI was nervous about being a but clueless to all of this and I was worried whether they would have the time to help me as a total inexperienced 'newbie', but they have been truly brilliant.nnFrom Sales Manager Carl who right from the beginning has been really supportive and understanding- helping with all our quotes, coming back with speedy responses and advice, answering calls when needed and getting items together at short notice with a lovely attitude- right through to Nick and all the guys on the shop floor helping point me in the right direction with products- showing me where certain things were, Ricky in Plumbline getting our orders together efficiently and quickly and Ben and Stevie helping with everything from skirting samples, fencing sizes and on a more practical note helping safely loading up my small van with concrete, sand, insulation, plywood boards and other awkward sized items we needed- and helping secure the van etc. It really is a team effort and they are so lovely to deal with.nnWe really needed someone to take the time to help us and talk us over what we needed and the best option for each item and they really do this. IThey are so friendly and helpful across the board and have really made a stressful time, hassle-free and actually enjoyable. Will highly recommend them- great time and shop has so much more than what you would think from the outside. There is a whole wood store at the back, a plumbing section, a shop inside with all DIy bits and also bathrooms.nn100% worth a visit and nicest people locally to deal with!
Avoid at all costs - terrible customer service. I was told all the items I had ordered were ready to be delivered, which was not the case. I was sent an incomplete bath kit so the plumber booked to do the fit out didn't have all the parts he needed. I asked for a refund and was told the consultant who had dealt with my order would call me back that day to arrange it. She didn't bother. I had to go to the showroom to get the refund. I would not use this outfit ever again.
Jamie goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Outstanding member of staff and a credit to the store. Couldn’t recommend more.
I ordered twenty 900 x 300 concrete paving slabs for delivery. The price was cheaper than certain well known DIY stores , delivery was two days later and the driver left the slabs exactly where I wanted them. Very impressed by the service and the price.
