I’d never considered doing Kettle Bell workouts in the past until a good friend started and asked if I'd like to come along and I've never looked back. I started attending the class 6 months ago with a general goal to tone and build up on my strength and stamina. From my first visit, Rob takes the time to go through all the various elements, ensuring you do the moves correctly and with encouragement, he builds on your capabilities. The workouts are tailored to suit your particular level, from beginner to expert which I like. It’s a great atmosphere and a brilliant all over workout. Highly recommend it and I think I can say, my goals are slowly being achieved. Thank you Rob – RisePT.

I would 100% recommend Rise PT to anyone mainly because no matter what level of experience you have Rob is able to cater for you in the most effective way. Through my sessions with him he has not only pushed me to achieve great results he has shared his vast knowledge of how each exercise affects your body and how it can develop. I have found Rob is a stickler for technique, which enhances your overall strength as it makes for more efficient functional movements in not only the gym but also everyday life. I am currently half way into my program and am already seeing and feeling results and excited to finsh and see what Rob has to move onto next!!!.

I can highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer and his Kettlebell classes which are fun, but challenging. I started some personal training with him a few months back, he really pushes me and I've already seen an improvement in my overall fitness. I would recommend that anyone who wants a kick start to better fitness invests in training with Rob. His quiet confidence in your ability helps to get you through each session which are always varied and challenging. He also provides guidance on nutritional information, which has been really useful for me.

I have been attending the Kettlebell class for about 8 months and love it. In the past, I have found it really hard to stick to an exercise class, but the way rise teach and explain everything, make the classes not only fun, but I have learnt loads and can really see how my body has changed and my strength improved. Each class helps me to learn new or enhance techniques, which mean that I challenge myself to go a little further each week.

I joined Rise kettlebell club four months ago and love it. I had previously used kettlebells but soon discovered how my technique could be improved when I started training with Rob. In the four months I have noticed an improvement in my overall strength and fitness. Rob is patient and explains each technique in a way that you understand. Rob has impressed me so much I am beginning personal training with him. I never thought I would be a person who would have a trainer, but I am looking forward to reaching the goals I know Rob will help me achieve. I cannot recommend Rob at Rise highly enough and I woukd recomnend his classes to anyone
