Ok! I used to be a regular gym goer in my 30s. With marriage, family and work commitments I neglected myself. Now approaching 50 I made a life style changing decision. I plucked up the courage to go and meet Ben at Body pro which has just opened recently. Been to many gyms and this was different. Ben and Chris at Body Pro are true professionals and are only out for you to achieve your target and goals. Both are so polite and communicate to you at your level and make you understand what is right and what is damaging. I found this inspiring. The main thing it's just you and them one to one going through your fitness and nutrition plan. The sessions are purposely designed to catch your body out so each session you train something new...new techniques....new muscle groups......new cardiovascular. The instructors are so detailed in making sure you are performing at the right level. I feel better...lost weight...feel fitter. By far the best I've ever had and I thoroughly recommend anyone to visit them. Body Pro awesome crew.

Ben and Chris are awesome, I have a lot of fun training and I am seeing some great results. I can highly recommend training with BodyPro to anyone who, like me, struggles to motivate themselves in the gym alone. They are really professional, the facilities are always very clean and I will definitely be continuing my training with them for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend, 5 stars!

I have been going to Bodypro for a few weeks now and I love every minute of it, I was understandibly nervous when I first started having not trained for years, But Ben soon put me at ease, his knowledge is outstanding and he was/is able to to help me in every aspect of improving my life, not only with the physical side but also mentally and nutritionally, I have lost weight and I am definitely getting fitter, still a long way to go but with Bodypro's help I'm confident I will achieve all my goals. I 100% recommend them and a big thankyou to Ben Bate for all his help.
