As a rule had no problems with Rio's till tonight, my calzone was raw, rang to let them know and they sent a replacement 45 mins later, again raw, 1st time they blamed my extra cheese, 2nd had no extra cheese, unfortunately I won't be eating from there again.

Bork, used to be better. If you have a problem with the food they won't handle it professionally.

Asked for no tomatoes on my last order and ended up with tomatoes on the burger causing a rash on my skin. Today I asked for the free salad that goes on the burger to be put in a separate box only to be told it would cost extra... Aside from trying to milk a customer of extra money there was a hair in the salad and some brown lettuce. Not particularly happy so may rethink where I get my food.

Food's great, order's are quick and never wrong. I mainly order from their website but wish they would update the order on when the food is ready to collect.

If possible I wouldn't even rate them 1 star!! Delivery driver very polite but as for the owners since taking over are very rude!! Using bad language down the phone to my partner because they didn't like the fact we found a hair in our food! Blaming us even though my partner is ginger and I'm black haired and the hair we found was blonde/grey refusing to talk about the situation and constantly hanging up the phone! Never go there, save your money!!!

By far the best parmo and pizzas I've had by far plenty of toppings hot fresh and tasty will definitely be ordering again because its also great value for money

One of the best burgers I've had recently chips great salad fresh bun and burger great , timely delivery

Would highly recommend this takeaway, never had bad meal yet. Kids meals are great value and ample portion even for adults.

Worst place I've ever been since the new owners took over, getting gobby over the phone and being smart because I have a hair in my food and they were not willing to refund or talk to me about the issue. Bunch of idiots, do highly not recommend!!!

Tasted horrible and found a hair in a parmo wasn't happy never ordering from there again
