Ordered fish and chips for my 87 year old mam. Gave her phone number and address and confirmed price of £6.10. Phoned mam back and told her food would be delivered. Only it never came. I wont be bothering with this shop ever again. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, the only Fish & Chips shop open at lunch time within a 1 km radius of Darlington train station. Filthy, dirty. So much so, the windows are yellowed with fried fat. I had a craving for a portion of chips. So, stupidity gave over £1.30. This "small" order got me an all-be-it genuious portion of brown, over cooked, scraps of ruddery potato. As to the owner who served me? Detached, with no idea or wish of fulfilling a good customer service experience at all. I should of stopped at the difficult to open front door. Seriously, avoid this place.

Ordered my food at 6:45pm. I was informed it will be delivered at 7:35pm after phoning them twice I finally received it at 9:15pm. It was only 1 mile away. It was all wet and soggy., The whole lot went in the bin. Never again Will I order from this shop. What a disgrace..

Parmo had garlic on and I specifically asked for no garlic chips were ok salad was ok but hated it dunno what happened to it since last time

Disgusting food the manager is a discrace he feels the staffs bums ask them for kisses shows them pictures of his penis the kitchen is disgusting the dishers are not washed properly he doesn't wash his hands shouts at the staff
