As a loyal Nando’s customer, I was very disappointed with the food and service me and my friend received today. Food was luke warm and the chicken I had in my pita was very chewy. My friend also found several hairs in her meal. Worst Nando’s I’ve had and can say I’m a little put off. We were sat in the worst seat possible and the guy that served us at the till did not have the till screen on so couldn’t see how much it was and he didn’t bother telling me either as I just handed him a £20 note. I usually love a Nando’s it’s a shame.

We regularly visit Nandos and you are always greeted with a friendly smile and the ambience is very good.
The food is always excellent and plentiful and you don't have to wait too long to be tucking in to your dish.
I think the idea of paying for your food first is excellent as you don't need to hang around waiting for your bill when finished.
We recently visited a well known eatery at Teesside Park and waited nearly 20 minutes for our bill - not on.
Well done Nandos, it's great to have a restaurant in Darlington and we'll be visiting many more times I'm positive 😊

Really nice staff, especially Kaylum (think that's how it's spelt?) who served us, and the girls at the register :)
