Thank you to everyone at Ringmer Dental, I cannot praise your practice enough. I was a VERY nervous patient, who had put off booking an appointment for far too long. I can now confidently say, I shouldn’t have been so worried! Firstly, the receptionist listened to my fears and responded with genuine kindness, which put me at ease straight away. I was seen by Dr Ash Patel, please thank him for his friendly, knowledgable and professional approach. I have walked away feeling heard, with a plan of action that suits my needs. Thank you everyone, I look forward to my next appointment!
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to as I had a fantastic hygienist appointment this week with Grace. She was kind, informative, enthusiastic and took the time to explain everything that she was doing during my appointment. It felt totally inclusive and person-centred. Everyone at Ringmer Dental has been brilliant so far! Thank you!
Just wanted to say how impressed I was when visiting the practice, I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, which helped put me at ease, as I am a nervous patient. Upon meeting the dentist he made me feel very comfortable explaining what was going to happen, after the treatment the dentist took the time to explain what to expect, and what was required in my follow up appointment, I didn’t feel rushed at all, I was able to ask questions and get the information I needed, I really cannot recommend this surgery enough.
They are going private so wouldn't waste your time. It isnt worth the amount they charge. Shame they have become greedy.
Having to have a tooth extraction today I was exceedingly nervous to say the least. The dentist Dr Vinoja Indra & dental nurse Kate Lawson were absolutely wonderful, caring, reassuring & so kind. Thank you to both of you for your care & compassion today. Pip & Hannah the receptionists there today were also very kind & caring. Thank you I feel incredibly lucky to have such a caring & kind team at Ringmer Dental. Thank you to all of you.
I’m really happy with my treatment. I had Invisalign and my smile is hugely improved. All along the way Ash kept me informed of what was happening. He’s very skilled and I recommend Ringmer dental.
Had my first treatment today after joining the practice recently - a filling where the gum has receded. Ash was very calm, gentle and took a lot of trouble. Result - a smooth filling and a very satisfied patient!
This practice and extra special mention to the practice reception team go above and beyond to help and support even when really busy. Ash and Paul are highly professional, reassuring and confidence giving. Highly recommend on all levels
I've been attending this practice since I was a baby, through various owners the current Ash is by far the best. He's brought the practice into the 21st century and now runs like a Swiss watch! The staff are all very friendly & kind, the hygienist I had today apologies I forgot her name was excellent, as was her assistant. She made sure I was happy with the work before I left, which I was. In all a great experience today!
Amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. Dentist makes you feel very comfortable, happy to answer any questions or concerns. Very good for anxious/nervous patients.
