The Chef Patron previously had a Michelin star restaurant in Vienna and has decided to open his own place, hidden away near Parson's Green. We went for my dad's birthday, a great special occasion restaurant, highly recommended.
Great food and outstanding service both times I dined at Rigo. The Truffle menu and experiencing orange wine was fantastic!
This is excellent. Hope they get their Michelin star soon. Food was very tasty, edgy yet not overly complicated for its own sake.
A bit too clever for my taste. Outrageously expensive but service was impeccable.
Amazing food. Really helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. Come here before it's booked up months ahead.
What a fantastic new dining spot in the neighbourhood. Went there for dinner with a friend. Loved the decor and ambiance - modern chic. The tasting menu was very creative and delicious. It was great to try something completely new. The recommended wine complimented the food perfectly. Service is a bit stiff still as the place is very new but hopefully will improve soon. I will definitely be back.
Absolutely unforgettable experience. We had the fixed menu with 6 innovative, beautiful, and delicious courses, that all were connected with different stories about the chef's life. The chef came by several times himself and explained what a dish means to him / how he came up with it. The food was so delicious I dreamt about it! Also really amazing cocktails. An all around amazing evening. Will definitely be back!
The eating experience at this restaurant was excellent, we arrived early on Valentine's Day and were able to talk to the chef who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The meal is described as a mix of Italian and northern Spanish cuisine which suited us perfectly, the strong winter flavours in small portions meant that we could enjoy every morsel. The stand out dish for us was the Lobster cooked in coconut and kafir lime leaves which was beautifully soft and the sauce complemented the meat very well. The restaurant had been open for five months and this shows with some of the waiting staff, the decor is also a little basic compared to the food and the price of the meal. The Chef is striving for his first Michelin star in London and the food for us is definitely worth it, enjoy!
Very nice place and delicious food!
Nice here, innit!! Wonderful food, and as a vegetarian I was very well taken care of while my carnivore husband was also delighted with all the meaty things that I've long forgotten. A risotto to die for. Tempura artichoke made just for me - veggie love. Garlic & cocoa petit-fours? Yes, please. Mushroom ice-cream with creme brulee? Who knew!!?! But seriously, not an emperor's new clothes scenario Wasted - Selfridge's nightmare dustbin food, instead a chef who has taken his numerous skills and love of flavour and used them for good. Bloody good food I tell you! And wine. Xx
