This has been my experience - ordered a console table, didn't get a confirmation, freaked out, went to check the reviews, and freaked out even more. Contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback. However, they replied to my email the next day saying it was confirmed and dispatched. I got the item pretty quick within 2-3 days and the item was perfect. For me, they haven't been a scam and the received item was great and pretty happy with it
Ordered wardrobes 3 weeks ago as the site states a 2 day delivery, still haven't received the delivery, when emailed have been told they can't get in touch with the courier so it's out of their hands! I am pretty sure items they sell are their responsibility until the cooling off period after the item is received!
Scam !!! please avoid ........... ordered 6th july took £240 no items delivered, cancelled my order 22nd but would not process it till monday 25th, sent my account details for direct refund no refund yet only excuses, trading standards informed. Police will be informed next for theft by deception. Did the management die in the fire ? Did the management set the fire? Why change the management unless they died or they was the original problem? 2023 same right deals new excuses
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely terrible company ordered a wardrobe 2 weeks ago, with 5day delivery no customer service nobody answers the phone or emails, SCAM answered me once and was told it had gone missing they would send another, still waiting no info nothing I'm going to have to contact trading standards as I have requested my money back from the company but just get ignored, please avoid
Do NOT go near this company! Received an order within 3 days, but the bed was clearly pre-owned and a previous return. Marks and stains on the fabric and cracked wood around fittings. Return was organised with no issues but 4 weeks later and we still don't have our £350 back. Seriously not good enough after we've contacted them multiple times. First being told it would take 5 days, then 10 days then nothing. Please avoid.
Ordered a dressing table for my daughter with a 2 day delivery time. 3 weeks later after zero communication from them I tried calling and was cut off, attempted the online chat with a girl who seemed a bit short with me. She promised to reply back to me that same day about my order which I never got. I tried calling again today and was cut off and now I can't find the online chat option on their website as they seem to have removed it. I’ve sent an email asking for a refund with no reply so now I’ve had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. 1 month of wasted time and a disappointed daughter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Horrendous company! I have paid for a mattress I have never received and they will not give me a refund. I received a terribly damaged bed and still have no refund or replacement. Please do no order from them as you will regret it, they have stolen my money and I now have to get legal advice.
Placed an order 13th July, hadn’t received by 27th July, nor could they advise when it would be dispatched. So cancelled order, and requested a refund… which I am still waiting for more than 2weeks later!!!! Do not buy from this company. I would not recommend.
Bought a 5 tier ladder bookshelf from Right Deals UK a few days ago. Assembly was easy enough, and managed to get it built within about 30 minutes. Really impressed with it and i'll be sure to be buying again from Right Deals UK.
Appalling company, avoid at all costs! They sell through Mano Mano, another terrible company, do not buy direct from Right Deals or inadvertently through Mano Mano. I ordered a wardrobe 6 weeks ago that had a 5 day delivery time. Despite tracking my order through the number Mano Mano provided me, and taking a day off for its arrival the product did not arrive. There is no number to call with Mano Mano nor Right Deals, you have to deal with them through email only. After 3 failed attempts to get the product shipped, the product finally arrived this morning. A wardrobe. The delivery drivers refused to take the product upstairs stating that 'they are not allowed and that there is an additional charge for upstairs delivery'. I am 7.5 months pregnant. They have left me with 5 very heavy boxes in the middle of my kitchen floor. After 6 weeks of bungled deliveries, no customer service, and now to be left with huge boxes in the middle of my house with toddlers running around is absolute awful. Honestly the worst company I have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with. Avoid!
